A season long Ice Bathing adventure! First Wednesday of each month September - December, Swedens own Ice Man Anders will take us through the specific skills needed to extend your ability to become resilient to cold. All other Wednesdays, you can continue to improve with the guidance of Scott. To book: Please select which Wednesday you want to come. One time with Anders: 750 kr (only available first Wednesday of each month) One time with Scott: 250 kr Full Season: 1500kr - please pay in person with Scott or at one of the events.
